Job Description: As a Paralegal specializing in Probate, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, working to deliver exceptional legal services and an unparalleled client experience. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years' probate experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of probate processes, procedures, and client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Handle probate cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all legal procedures and deadlines are met efficiently.

• Document Drafting: Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents related to probate matters, including petitions, pleadings, and estate administration documents.

• Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for probate clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

• Court Filings: Manage the filing of probate-related documents with courts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paralegal specializing in Probate.
