Leading national plaintiffs’ law firm with a reputation for excellence is seeking a motivated Case Management Attorney to join their Mass Tort practice group. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate to contribute to high-profile product liability matters while gaining valuable experience in case management.

Job Description: As a Case Management Attorney specializing in Mass Tort you will play a crucial role in our commitment to representing clients in product liability matters. The ideal candidate will manage their caseload with diligence, work on a variety of mass tort cases, and contribute to the overall success of our Mass Tort practice group.

Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Oversee day-to-day management of assigned mass tort cases, ensuring timely progress and adherence to legal procedures.

• Legal Research: Conduct legal research on mass tort, product liability, and personal injury cases to contribute valuable insights to the legal team.

• Medical Records Review: Utilize your knowledge of patient medical records and medical terminology to analyze and understand the complexities of mass tort cases.

• Client Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to support case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the California State Bar

• 1-3 years of experience in mass tort, products liability, or personal injury cases.

• Familiarity with patient medical records and medical terminology is highly advantageous.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
