Personal Injury Law Firm known for its successful track record is currently seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join their dedicated team.

Job Description: As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager you will be an essential part of our client’s client-focused team, overseeing cases from initial intake to pre-litigation settlement. The successful candidate will bring a passion for helping personal injury victims, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

• Client Intake: Conduct thorough and empathetic intake interviews with potential clients, gathering essential information for case evaluation.

• Case Management: Oversee pre-litigation cases, ensuring timely and efficient processing from initial client contact to settlement negotiation.

• Medical Records: Request and review medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation necessary for case evaluation and negotiation.

• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Negotiation Support: Collaborate with attorneys to prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible for attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a Personal Injury Law Firm.

• Familiarity with Motor Vehicle Accidents, Falldowns, and Workers' Compensation cases.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in case management software.
